I just called Account Services this morning,first the guy told me he never heard of anything of the price reduction,then he put me on hold for about 30 seconds and came back and credited $150 to my account and said it'll be $199 after rebate starting 10/1.

by the time i was done chatting my online account billing stated -150

I also called just no and was credited $120 to match the VZW price. (I paid $320 on a business account.) I previously got a $100 credit for a problem with my TP, so I only paid $100 + tax for this phone. Amazing.

I was credited for $100. I'll try for the other $50 after Oct 1st.

Hmm I called back to check and see what happened. The lady said they had sumitted a request for the credit and should show up in 48 to 72 hours :-\
I guess ill have to wait a few days and keep checking
