Has anyone got their TP2 to remote desktop connect to Vista Home premium?

Ooooooooooo boy...I spent a good 4 hours trying to set up the right protocols, firewall settings, messing with the ports, seems like there is an inconsistancy with the right way to set it up. Of course micrsoft helps page is about a paragraph long with very little help. I would really like to get this to work tho, I have win 7 home edt and it wasnt to hard to navigate through al the settings to configure RDM but i just coudlnt get it to work right and the way i was doing it, it would do more harm to my pc because of the security risks. If anyone can find a good exact way to get it done, plz post it, alot of people would be very happy!

The remote desktop on the TP2 works with any windows machine that has remote desktop installed and running. That being said, none of the Vista or Windows 7 home editions support incoming connections via remote desktop.

i was unable to get it to connect, maybe that is the reason. i played around with it for an afternoon and gave up.

anyone have luck with this. im in the same position as the original poster...home premium, hacks have been done to allow remote desktop...works with other computers, just not touch pro. also did a registry edit to allow network authentication or what not.
