Weather Panel questions

Sorry if this has been asked before but I had two questions.

1) How can I enter in my city (not pick from a list)?

2) Are there any mods that will loop the weather animations?

1) Enter in your zip code instead of the name of the city

I can only select from the predetermined list, putting in a zip code does nothing. I already tried that. Unless there is an update for the weather app I'm missing.

There is a database editor you need to download... you will also need Total Commander in order to take write protection off of a certain file.... you should be able to find the cabs... Totalcommander and Weather database editor...

using any weather editors messes up my weather for S2U2 anyone know anything about that???
