Waking phone up by buttons?

I've searched the forum and thought I found a tweak by changing a value from 1 to 0 but that didn't work after a soft reset.

I would like to find a way to turn the phone on out of sleep mode by pressing any button on the phone. The 6700, Mogul, and TP all had a way to do this. Thanks in advance if someone can help.
