LOL ... Just go to settings... click all settings... click on the battery icon ... I think its the second sub tab that lets you choose the power settings and backlight settings while charging and not charging...

and the problem I have is the settings not holding, with and without a soft reset. I set it for 30 seconds and it will work for a while and then back t 10 seconds. Same with 1 minute, et cetera. I finally just set it to stay on until physically turned off.
