Blurtooth volume

I have had an issue with the BT default volume.

PROBLEM: When the BT headset pairs with the phone the BT is at mid volume regardless of where the phone or system volume is set. Moving the volume buttons will not increase the BT volume if it already shows full volume, only decrease it. It will go no higher than the original mid volume. HOWEVER, when the volume screen comes even if it shows full volume and the BT is at mid volume, stroking the volume screen 'up' to increase the volume yields the following. The phone volume does not increase (already full) the screen does not change (already full) but the BT volume increases! Now you can actualy hear someone on the BT ear-piece and the volume functions normally.

I have a Jawbone Prime which just fine on my Mogul and TP.

Spoke with HTC support and they deny all and offer no help, Verizon tech was aware of the problem (the tech has a TP2 and his does the same thing) but had no suggestions.

Any one else have this problem? Any solutions? Registry settings to fix this?

I did a search and there are bits and pieces of this but think it needs to be in a single thread.

Thanks.
