audio manager problem

hello all...i had a question and im hoping sum1 can help me bc i had this broblem on my verizon touch pro and now im having it on my verizon touch pro 2...(idk if this will help sum1 determine my problem but i went from an xv6800 and didnt have the following problem with that phone)...ok, heres the problem...whenever i use tf3d and slide to the audio manager tab an error message comes up that say "a problem occurred with audio manager eng.exe"..the song from my sd card show up but they wont load and if i try to load them i get the same error message...can sum1 please help bc it sucks to have a tab that i cant use what-so-ever...thanks in advance
