Question How 2 Change vibrate notification length / #of repeats?

Hello,

I have my Sprint TP2 set to vibrate for new e-mails. Is there anyway to change the number of times it vibrates from 3 to 1? I hate sleeping in the middle of the night and hearin buzz.....buzzz....buzzzzzzzzzzz. I don't want to turn the notifications off, cause I use it a lot during the day.

I give many thanks to anyone who helps!

Re: How 2 Change vibrate notification length / #of repeats?

I'd like to know this as well. I LOVED Butler on my Treo from Hobbyist Software. Most useful tool ever on the 700p. Wish I knew of a program like it for WM. Maybe someone can suggest a program like it. If not, my guess is some reg edit.

Re: How 2 Change vibrate notification length / #of repeats?

I can't answer the original question, but I may have a work-around. After hearing "you got message" (MightyROM) one two many times at 3am, I discovered an email schedule program called, appropriately, EmailScheduler. You can find it here: http://gudensoft.com/?p=236 and on XDA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=438970 . There also a couple of threads around here on it.

The author has stopped development in lieu of nuevasync.com, but it's worked for me on my TP for almost a year. It lets you choose a start time and an end time. Then you choose how often your email gets checked at those times. I set it for 15 minutes during the day and "manually" at night.
