MusicID is not a free program, I believe if you subscribed it would tell you the actual result. Any versions of it that just continually give you results without you paying for it are warez.

MusicID forces you to upgrade and pay for monthly fee or some ridiculous crap like that (iPhone version is free, for example).

Midomi is what you want. Great program, good interface, good recognition.

i agree with all of the above, midomi is the best there is...type sing hum play music...itll identify all and do a damn good job of it
