Yes, that is exactly why. It's not being powerful to let them know how I feel, but it's more of a knee-jerk reaction for getting people's hopes up.

There's a STICKY right there, where it was said that a TP2 is on the way to cmonex, meaning SPL unlock is close. Yet, OP decided it's a good idea to make a thread " HardSPL ETA" as in he knows something important enough that deserved a thread.

In my scuba class, I was taught "Stop, Think, Breathe, Act" technique. I think if OP adopted "Stop, Think, Breathe, Post", then I wouldn't need to "feel more powerful"

I still feel like we're beating a dead horse. The TP2 is an awesome phone and I can understand why one might jump the gun and post in a hurry or out of anxiousness.
