How do I replace htmlnote.dll in the windows folder?
I am trying to overwrite it with Total Commander and it isn't letting me. Any ideas?

try using this..when installed go top right click and choose edit REG..i had best use on this others alway pop cant edit or overwrite error..this just works for me..let me know how it goes

I found in one case Total Commander would "Move" a file but not "Copy" over a read-only file in the Windows directory
