Seven only sends ONE international message during the setup of each account. It doesn't continue to send international messages in the background. Only during setup.

This is correct. Only problem i'm noticing right now is that my battery is draining a lot faster no sure if this due to SEVEN though. I'll pause it for the whole day tomorrow and see how it works out tomorrow. It could be a combination of SEVEN and S2U though.
