Quick TF3D Home Screen Cleanup Guide for Verizon TP2

Hey guys, I know theres cabs floating around everywhere but I thought I'd try to consolidate and make a working version here for Verizon. This guide will clean up Verizons home screen, enabling background for all pages, flip and clear clock, and transparent tabs.

First install BG For all pages WVGA to enable background on all pages in TF3D. Next install eboelzner (cab by C07) Verizon TP2 White Flip Clock, to enable the flip clock on home screen. Then install Clear Clock to make it clear. Next install C07 VZW Logo Remove to get rid of the Verizon logo since it will have been moved to the left of the center of the screen. Now install the No Curtains cab to remove the upper and lower curtain in tf3d. Finally install Lucarp78TS cab and then copy the files in For 2.5 to the windows directory. This will enable clear tabs in TF3D. Optionally you can also install Personalizer_3.1 to write whatever you want in place of the carriers name on the upper left in TF3D. Anyway hope this is useful to some people! I know I spent a while searching around trying to find working versions of these things. Of course credit goes out to all the creators of the all these cabs. Enjoy!

What do the first 2 do?

The first 2 enable a clear slider instead of the default silver one, it just makes it look a lot cleaner. Copying the second file to windows allows it to work in Manila 2.5, as far as I know the creator hasn't gotten around to creating a cab for it yet which is why it's done that way

looks nice!! Unfortunately theres still the problem with it saying "0 Missed Calls" rather than "Call History" Probably because of the clock right?

Anyone know of a transparent clock that doesnt do this that works on a vzw tp2?

Do one of these tweaks use mortscript to be successful? After installing a few of them, I now see constant on/off 1% CPU usage from MortScript.exe I've seen the "Verizon Wireless" text flicker on a few times so maybe that one? I'd rather see "Verizon Wireless" there than have another program running constantly.

Edit: I think it is the Personalizer program. I killed it in Task Manager and now the carrier text is there.

chuck where is the cab that moves the date to the left and the alarm on the lower left of the clock? and where in that order of cabs in the first post do you install that?
