If you have Tom Tom installed, you need to delete or rename following files & soft reset,

/Windows/BtCoreIf.dll
/Windows/BtSdkCe30.dll

It's easy to rename or move.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Worked like a charm... used Total Commander to execute the file rename, rebooted and the OS recreated the stacks from the ROM
