ICS bluetooth option not available?

Hey all I'm pretty new to all of this which is why i have been searching and reading a lottttt for the past few days. I really want to use the bluetooth feature in the internet sharing application because it worked flawlessly on my previous htc touch when connected to my macbook. After installing a few cabs that would fix the network connection problem (ex: ICS and WModem Fix.cab) there is no longer an option for bluetooth pan in the drop down menu under PC connection (it's just USB). I don't know if the problem is with the cabs i installed or what but if someone can point me in the right direction to get the bluetooth pan running with an ics fix cab i would greatly appreciate it.
