Re: Pandora for Touch Pro2?

Hey Playa, pandora works, mostly. Using the cab in this forum you will get it working. The interface is a little wonky, but usable. And the audio is not great, but better than nothing. The problem is that pandora will only let you stream the lesser quality signal on our WM phones, for now... On my blackberry I had an option to kick it up to a higher quality stream, on the TP2 I don't have that option (until someone figures out that hack, PLEASE!!!). Until then, crappy sounding pandora or a much better sounding slacker are your only options.

Why do you have to unlock your phone to use Pandora?

When Pandora installs, the print is tiny, but it works great.

There is a mod to tcpmp or some such that should be put on.

My phone happens to be unlocked, but I had Pandora running fine on my phone long before I unlocked it.

No need to unlock it.
I'm on the Sprint Stock 6.5 rom and currently listening to my Nujabes radio station on Pandora.

Those of you with a custom ROM may get a line vector error when trying Pandora. I would recommend trying Slacker. I like both apps, but Slacker was made for wvga devices.

I have version 1.0.154 and have no issues. Did you setup an account?

No. I thought first I would go online using the desktop and see what it's like, . It didn't ask for an account.
