Missed calls always stays at 0!

I have the TP2 (duh) and use Touch Flo 3D. On the main screen, it says the time, missed calls, and calendar. Problem is, it always says 0 Missed Calls. If I miss a call, at the very top of the screen it'll show a little phone icon with a ! next to it, indicating a missed call, but it will still say 0 Missed Calls. If I press it, it will show who's call I missed, but always stay at 0. Has this happened to anyone else?
