Well, I experienced this for the first time last night, and it does seem to be related to certain areas. I was at a place last night that had a strong 3G signal, but yet it kept dropping down to 1x when I would try to use the data. Once it was in 1x, it would stay there until I did a soft reset with psShutXP.
Funny thing is, at my house I have a weak signal, but yet it always seems to stay in 3G. Last edited by BeefJerky; 10-19-2009 at 05:47 PM.
