Appears out of no where and beeps then starts dialing my last dialed call at random...why is this happening??? is there anyway to fix this ?

It's obvious voice recognition, but i never turned this on, can it be turned off?

Yes,

if using touchflo 3d go to the settings tab>all settings>personal (tab)>voice command

otherwise start>settings>personal (tab)>voice command

hold the talk button, wait for the mike to come and after the beep say "help".
'help' should walk you through the available commands you can speak and by Microsoft magic the phone will do.

It's triggered by holding the green "send" key down for a couple of seconds. Are you doing that by chance?

It's a wonderful thing called Voice Command. If you're not familiar with it, learn it. It's awesome.

no i was not holding down the Green send button, it kept appearing and dissapearing, i did have my head phones plugged in..but that shouldn't matter

doing a hard reset now and starting over, but afraid its in one of the millions of cabs i've installed lol...

and yes i know what voice command is, i don't know why it is starting up on its own tho

wait don't reinstall, the htc headphones are linked to voice command as well.
Though I don't know how to unlink headphones from voice command.

if you press the htc headphone clip, and say 'help' you should here it say 'choose your help topic...' through your headphones

they are not HTC headphones they are my personal headphones from a different mp3 player now made for a phone

oh ok, do as freeza said above to completely disable voice command just to double check is not that, because even with a reinstall voice command will be installed automatically.
