Yes it most certainly does. I'm using it now on my vzw tp2.

Re: stealth thethering?

I am debating whether to change from Sprint to Verizon when I get my TP2 as my contract is up. From my reading with the Mogul there has been no big problems tethering with Verizon either? With the Mogul I use PdaNet, but I guess this is probably not necessary. Since I am in the market, I also have noted that the latest iPhone OS closed down their tethering option.

Yes there are no problems, no extra charges to your account. Make sure you apply this hack http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=47075 to avoid charges. You only need to do that if you use the internet sharing in stealth mode cab or other ICS cab. PDAnet, HTC Wifi, etc doesn't need it.
