Re: downloading attachments from email

You're using the web? Why not set it up through the phone. It's a lot easier to do. Only thing is, I think you have to pay Yahoo to do it that way.

Not sure why attachements aren't downloading from the browser. Try Pocket IE instead of opera...

Re: downloading attachments from email

Are you going to the yahoo web site to get your mail, or do you have it set up as an email account?

If it's an account, do what JavierBond69 said...if not, set up it so you can so what JavierBond69 said.

Re: downloading attachments from email

If you're using it through your phone, set up your email account and in the send/receive settings, make sure it's set to "download full attachments"

It's not a Web browser issue. It's the send/receive setting.

Re: downloading attachments from email

Thanks guys for the replies. Yes it is set up through the phone and i am not going to the yahoo website to look.

Interesting thing is that i called Verizon about this and he said it can only dl 3kb at a time. So if it is lets say 9kb then i have to go into it 3 times. I tried that and it did NOT work. But later on about 3 hours later..i went into the email and the attachment was able to be viewed. Its weird, well for me it is. It is my first smartphone.
