Cdma rom ?

Maybe this can be answered my mightymike or others, but what does it take for a CDMA ROM to be released?

Is it the cooking of the ROM, or is it that not many people who do these ROMS have a CDMA phone?

Just wondering the time frame ROMS will start appearing.

No rush, but wasn't sure how this was done.

When the unlocker becomes available so we can even flash them.

So an unlocker I assume is a program to be able to unlock the CDMA phone so we can install newer ROMS on it correct? And this I assume also has to be created by developers?

Correct me if I am wrong
