Who cares? If I didn't see it, it didn't happen. If you're talking about the little BT logo up top, that's not a notification, it's a status indicator. It's on whenever BT is enabled, whether there is anything in the notification manager or not. Turn off BT and it goes away. Yes, the notifications do still show up silently in the manager. Shouldn't be a problem.
