Good idea, thanks!

Re: [Guide]Perfect application of screen protectors with pics.

i just followed this method without the battery sensor part because i couldnt find any tape. i just kept the cover on with the battery out and was very careful to keep moisture away from the back. it was very easy to slide the protector into place but getting most of the bubbles out was problematic because the protector slides as i try to get the bubbles out. i got probably 97% of them out but there are some tiny ones i can see at certain angles and there is also the little soap residue that should go away soon. overall this method was a godsend compared to the last method i used which left huge greasy fingerprints on my protector and caused me to ruin one in a failed attempt. thanks!

simple yet great idea

also curious to know about obtaining replacements... i like the one that comes with the sprint phone

i waited putting the screen protector on and sure enough - somehow i have a little scratch in the corner

i unfortunately also did not see this thread before putting it on - so my protector is a fingerprint mess - is it washable like someone mentioned?

I HATE the sticky/tackyfeel of the zagg stuff on the screen (although it works OK for body protection). I had a zagg one of my old xv6800's for one week, took it off & threw it away.

I now use the boxwave or brando savers, they are MUCH easier to install bubble & dust free & are like having nothing at all on the screen during use.....

Ditto; went on easy. Installed it yesterday and most of the rough spots or gone already.

Some functions are a different feel, but overall, no problem.

I do like the protection because I'm not easy on equipment.

Re: [Guide]Perfect application of screen protectors with pics.

Well I failed. Was installing my Zagg protector and I covered the water sensor with paper and tape and it still got wet. So is there any place you can buy this stuff at so I could replace it cause that is literally the only place inside the battery door that got wet and now my warranty is going to be screwed from installing a screen protector.
