using wallpaper impossible without TF3D?

With TF3D disabled, setting a wallpaper creates a white transparent version of the pic selected. This is a huge problem because you can't read white text on a white background and the pictures look crappy. Anyone know how to turn off the transparent feature?

Re: using wallpaper impossible without TF3D?

Go programs/pictures & videos/ (find your wallpaper) menu/Set as today Background!
OR
OK I was thinking about this and I have a workaround
(I'm sure someone will come up with something way better)
there this App by AuntWorks freeware and one of the
Features: shuffle automatically or on a schedule the Today screen!
and I know this works because I check the Today button instead of the TF3D
and latter I did a soft reset, B4 the TF3D screen could load my Today screen was different!
and the screen look great hope this helps,

Support: Shell TF3D (Manila), Today, S2U2 (portrait/landscape buttons mode)

Also the link is down Attached Files:

Change wallpaper:
shuffle automatically on a schedule;
clicking in the window;
by using a shortcut in the start menu;
automatically at boot device.

Update: another App, S2V (Slide 2 View) S2V is a stylus-free picture viewing application. It can also be used to set up the wallpapers for S2U2 (v0.97 or later); assign a pic to a contact; set it as Today's wallpaper; or send it via MMS/email.

This is what you do, find whatever picture you want to use under the program pictures and videos. When you find your picture, hit menu and select as your background. The next thing it will ask you is to set your tranparency, the lower percentage the less transparent it will be. If you do this through the today screen options it won't let change the transparency.

This method works. Thanks! AntWorksAutoWallpaperChanger also is cool, but the "pictures and videos" method is easiest.

Not for nothing, But if you look at the Top of my post that was my first suggestion
