TouchFlo 3D is not for me. Now what?

I'm liking the basic interface without TF3D, but how can I make edits? Add a launcher? Change fonts? Is there an xml that drives the "Today" screen? I'm lost.

i believe you want something like Ultimate Launcher so you can take control of your today screen, add tabs, pages, links, plugins etc.

if you choose to keep your basic today screen, do a search in the software forum for plug-ins.... htc home is a great plug-in that has a launcher, contact favs, time, message notifications. today agenda is a great free appointment plugin too

now we all know the tp2 battery life is phenominal vs the tp1, but on the tp1 it was a battery killer, how does mobi shell on the tp2 handle?????

I have this on my TP will it work for the TP2?

FYI, I tested every option mentioned in this thread. My setup was changing on a daily basis for a while, but now it's settled. I use Pocket Digital Clock with stock messaging plug-in for today screen. Softkeys are Second Today and ScreenOff. Second Today is weather panel and Easy Today Launcher (better than ultimate launch, IMO).

godzson has lots of font cabs...

SPB and WAD3 are cool- both can be turned into an ANdroid or Sense interface with themes too ...

UItweaker will change just about any color anywhere...

if u want status icons on today screen, check out PDAStatus, its free-make sure u get the HD icon pack or theyll be really tiny ...

add secondtoday and weatherpanel for your weather...

thats about all i got for ya, i seem to be drawing blanks
