Just took this picture of my neighbors backyard.

edit: I guess it looks kind of blurry, I thought my hand was steady. I guess I could mess around with the settings a little and see if it will make a difference.

I would have swore I read it had ISO settings somewhere. In any event, the picture quality is far more limited by the little lens than the number of megapixels. I have a 10 year old Kodak DC260 with 1 megapixel, but a real lens of considerable size, which takes far better photos than a camera phone likely ever will.

The TP2 does have ISO settings

I was trying to remember if the TP1 had it, but it didn't.

the tp2 takes way better pics than the tp1 IMO, i dont have to stand extremely still with the tp2.....

Sure does on the Telus Touch Pro 2...100, 200, 400, and 800 and of course Auto. I also uninstalled "Extra Camera Modes Cab" just to make sure...dont know about other carriers tho.

I think the camera does better with close ups:
