I do not see it on sprints site

Just call telesales and you might get lucky since everyone at sprint aren't on the same page.

would it be possible to get it from phoneclaim? As my phone is broken beyond repair and I need to get all teh contacts and messages of somehow without a screen

No, they will send you another tp1 and I am sure there are lots of refurbs out there.
