at least u guys have a tracking number. ordered friday morning around 7 am. have order number but no tracking number! this is sprint so no one knows anything when u call or chat online

I think that's standard, I did not ask for next day and that is what it shows on UPS site...

ahh, i was just curious because they ship refurbs next day and it wouldn't make sense to not offer it for new phones.

According to Telesales order department, they have no options to give you when you order. They typically ship next day air saver or next day air PM, but they don't guarantee that means next day. Make sense?
