I cant track my order , i ordered on SERO # and she gave me order number but when i go to sprint to track, they are asking me for a tracking number with dashes in it. Does sero have a different site?

the number should be like this

AA-AAAA-DDDDDDDD

A = character
D = digit

remember the dashes

She never gave me the dashes so i, i got it now.
