I'm on Sero and was told I would not have to change my plan. I was also told they do not offer overnight shipping.

well maybe only for premier members but i just checked right now with retentions and it is overnight coming to me shipping today.

Ordered mine earlier and got overnight shipping via telesales! I would call back and get another rep if they tell you that its N/A or overnight shipping is N/A..it seems like every sales rep has got a different story lol.

I'm about to pay my bill, is there a way to over pay my bill and then buy the phone with account credit? How does that work?

I know when you order online you can just check the box "add to bill" but, i've heard its hard to do that thru tela sales and in stores.
