If that is Ur concern, to add battery life and better performance on Apps, I don't think U should be looking for a 3D GPU performance. Just wait for an OS Update. That is basically What Updates/Upgrades do.



I did not prick on every point. U stated a bogus claim that Mogul is better than the 1st gen in every way. SO i sighted some examples. Plus, Mogul did not come with 3G out of the box.We waited several months and tireless hacking and modding. Then the Update came out with 6.1, Unlock the GPS and Rev.a

This is where U can tell a person is not familiar with an Iphone and stating claims about it. Contrary to popular beliefs, browsing, pinch zooming is just 2 of multi touch's benefits. Iphone does not have buttons aside from the home button. MUlti touch is used mainly for games that needs a lot of buttons. Like the button on ur game consoles controller. Multi touch permits U to tap more than 1 point at a time just like when U use ur consoles controler. Example. Hadooooken!
And he prefer the old PIE. I know U will say that to avoid pwnage.

I think I mentioned 50 times by now I'm more interested in 2d drivers rather then 3d..And GPU would increase battery life as stated in the specs. Understand that by the processor doing the graphics, it is also hindering the processor performance as well.

Point out where I said its better in every way? I'm sure even some flip phones have some features that neither our phones nor iphone has. The discussion was particularly about cpu and gpu hardware and to that I was referring to.

I was referring to everyone trying to make their phone look like an iPhone..

I personally prefer more buttons...and I don't care about gaming..I want it for business use. There is no Hadooooken! on my spreadsheets or remote management (shocking I know)



it said rich multimedia, video and games...while vague thats like you going out to order a big mac and get a burger the size of a penny...and since HTC later on removed it from the site to hide it, this proves that they are guilty as charged.

So the purpose of this thread is to have HTC give it's drivers for a better phone performance. Not graphics? LMAO! Exiled keep on pointing out how better Iphone 3D engine than HTC. Even posted few videos of the 2 apps running on both devices. Posted it in onother thread too. Now he's like. "agreed" this really make me laugh today. Exiled. Ur a tool. HAHAHA!

I didn't miss the point... you just seem to keep wanting to ](*,)](*,)](*,) as if it's going to change the fact that HTC isn't obligated to provide a driver. Everyone understand that you think they should include the "proper" driver. What you seem to be unable to comprehend is that it's HTC's prerogative, not yours.

You however, get the opportunity of picking the device that best suits your needs. If hardware acceleration is so important to you than pick a phone that has that feature and be done with it. I really don't get why you're pissing and moaning on this forum ad nauseum as if it's going to make a difference. Please, just go buy the iJesus phone and live happily ever after with your hardware 2d/3d acceleration.

If you really want to change things send HTC corporate a letter + pictures of you with an iPhone and tell them the reason why you got your iPhone over a touch pro 2 is because it has proper hardware acceleration. Who knows you might convince them to release a driver and then the rest of us naysayers can thank you until the end of time.

Okay, I may have been a bit "General", I meant to say it as far as performance/visual hardware specs. You can notice that by me referring to the iPhone 3gs after that that was what I was referring to. I rather not argue about things like mogul is better irDA port or etc..>.>

He did not say that the TP2 should have a snap dragon or Tegra did he? all he asked was for the drivers..it is obvious that even with drivers it would not beat an iPhone 3gs...

The touch pro 2 is suppose to be the last one on the MSM72XX line in this for factor...HTC could have at least thrown us a bone at the end?

Ok. I prolly did not understand what he really meant. But asking for a 3D rendering driver and using Iphones capability to render 3D sounds like he's asking to have the TP2's 3D to be atleast close to Iphone. He did not mention anything about having a better battery life or anything like that.

Nobody knows at first that the MSM72xx chip can match the Iphone 3GS untill I explained it. U even said that we don't need Tegra or Snapdragon on 1 of your post. U said that te MSM72xx chip may be as good if not better than Iphones GPU. I said it can't be.

Anyways, I will not argue no more since ur making my point irrelevant.
