i believe that is an old htmlnote.dll for windows 6.1 i believe. i think the best way to get this back is to use maybe total commander or that other program you mentioned and just delete that file. dont use sms/mms when you do this. and then soft reset. if anything i could try to get you the htmlnote.dll from my phone as i am running mightyrom 12.27.09
