Re: Text messages not being marked as "read"...

I couldn't fix mine either with the dll file OR loading stock rom-clear storage-load mm war-clear storage. This is without restoring any email or SMS back to it either. Weird right.

The only way I fixed it is actually by restoring email/sms backup I had done before the problem started. Kinda funny...but it works now. I haven't deleted any of those restored messages since I'm afraid the issue will come back.

Re: Text messages not being marked as "read"...

The cab a few pages back worked like a champ on my latest Sprint stock rom, fyi for anyone else coming here to solve this ridiculously annoying feature.

Re: Text messages not being marked as "read"...

I'm also using the MightRom and am having the problem reported earlier. After installing the cab provided on post 28, I can no longer send new texts (I can reply to existing text threads, but not start new ones), and I annot view the threaded text content. I think the dll fix provided by Yay4Juggs may not have worked well with MightyRom. If someone's using the newest version of MightyRom (Feb 2010), and hasn't applied this fix, could they please upload their "stock" htmlnote.dll?
