Swapped for new Pro2

Well, I had to swap out my Pro2 today for a new one.

For some reason, the phone was refusing to answer about 1/3 of the time. I had reset multiple times and didn't install anythign for the past 24 hours and it was still doing it.

Best Buy was awesome about it. 10 minutes in and out with a brand new phone.

I'm thinking I might do the same as well, I just noticed a space between the two halfs of the phone that looks a little too large

Do you mean your phone and dialer froze when there was an incoming call? I had the same problem as well, but after uninstalling the cab for data termination after 60 secs it hasn't done it again. I just don't want to give up this unit for one that may be worse

That's what was happening again, but even after I had reset and didn't re-install ANYTHING.

We have two TP2s in our household here - my wife's is fine but mine had to go back after the GPS died. It worked for 4 days then ... nothing. Part of me wonders if if it had anything to do with that FM Radio CAB I was fiddling with.

I called the Telus store today, there is a 14 Day no questions asked return policy. I am into my 20th day, they said the would still give a new one tomorrrow. They had better I bought two Pro2's from them.
