Touch Pro 2 issues?

All 4 lights below the screen have always stayed on no matter what.
Anyone else seem to have this issue? I'm talking to HTC about this right now through email support.

I'm on the Telus CDMA/worldphone edition.
I have a friend with the same version, but his lights only come on when pressed.

Oh, and even though I have 5 gigs free memory *on an 8 gig card* it says I only have 555 or so pics available to take, yet if I choose internal storage, which is pretty free, it claims 400+ photos can be saved.

Any idea what to check here? I've had a long history of devices, htc s720, quickly traded in for a P4000, then Touch Pro, now Touch Pro2.... SO I'm not new to the devices.

Re: Touch Pro 2 issues?

Mine dont stay on. Only when there is activity. I would suggest doing a hard reset and going from there.. if a hard reset doesnt fix it then its probably a DOA.
