Re: HTC Touch Pro2 LED Notification Light issue (no 3rd party applications control it
So did you get the LED notification issue fixed? I just upgraded from a Mogul to a TP2 and noticed the same problem. The notifications worked correctly on the Mogul, but they don't on the TP2.

I'm using the stock US T-mobile ROM, and while there is no capability to select to flash the LED in the options for notification, in fact the LED does flash when I have an email or SMS received.

I had the same problem, but I started using phoneAlarm for all my notifications. It has options to turn the LEDs off during notifications or you can specify which notifications you want them to flash for. It has worked for every third party application I've used. It sucks that many of the LEDs don't work straight away, and that you need a program or a registry edit for them to work.

you know what i hate. is when you get a mms/sms/voicemail/sms/email/alarm/ anything that uses the light when you have it plugged into the charger and it doesnt blink. i remember the htc touch pro would do this but after awhile or maybe it was after you got 2 notifications it would stop blinking. its very annoying.
