Well for the most part there is the gsm version that has both cameras, then there is the gsm version for U.S. carriers that just has the one camera like tmobile's tp2 and then there is the cdma version that has the one camera plus the 3.5mm jack.

well i know that the european/tmobile versions have the qualcomm 7200 chipset and the cdma have the 7600 chip. not sure what the difference in performance is however
