getting rid of TP1 with TP2 comes

I work for Sprint Service and repair facility and there is hope for us. Sprint has this new regulation intended to keep customers happy. Yes there are tons of TP available refurbished at this time BUT if you have had your TP repaired 3 times or more you can insist on a different model that is within the same specs for example the TP2.

Ofcourse the techs and managers will insist on sending you a refurbished or new TP but you must stick to the fact that you had your phone replaced several times already and dont feel comfortable with that device any longer. Include in your complaint the fact that you may consider going to a different carrier.

I see this everyday at my Sprint store.

oh that's good. I had mine replace 3 times the week I first got it last November.

You just cost Sprint like 2 million dollars with that post...now every one of them is gonna "warranty" their tp's till they get tp2's. Godspeed Sprint.

I MUST MAKE MY POINT BEFORE I COMPLETELY SHUT UP ABOUT THIS GETTING OVER ON YOUR CARRIER. YOU MAY ACTUALLY END UP MORE MAD TRYING WHICH WILL THEN BECOME SOME SORT OF IMAGINARY WAR BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CARRIER:

Good example, when the storm launched, we had limited stock and this lady just *****ED AND *****ED AND *****ED until we gave her a second free storm. 15 MINUTES LATER she returned them cause she "THOUGHT that's what she wanted" which in my opinion is fine, it happens. Turns out, she just was on this "I WANT IT AND I'M GONNA GET IT" thing, which is also fine and actually pretty expected (hence our efforts and workarounds around certain policies). Those same 2 had to be shipped off and refurbished. Thanks to those little unecessary mishaps, customers who can rightfully get them, now could not. cause our stock was gone. She did end up pissing of another customer who wanted to buy 1 as she's returning 2, lol. I'll give anyone what they want as long as they are cool and can for the love of god keep this non-existant struggle of power out the conversation (price of plan, long time cust, I'll switch, etc.). Once that "I'm switching carrier's unless you give me such and such" sentence arises, that (at least in my region) ends up putting the customer in the "book of company policy" and that's the last place we want our customers to be in (cause we care! ).

We love all our customers but remember this:
REMEMBER, YOU ARE PAYING GOOD MONEY CAUSE YOU NEED WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. IF I NEED A $2 BURGER, THEY'LL GIVE ME A $2 BURGER. IF I NEED A $12 BURGER, I'LL GET A $12 BURGER. I'M NOT BUYING A $12 BURGER, SODA WITH REFILLS, FRIES, AND A SHAKE FOR $12. FORTUNATELY, YOU ARE GETTING ALL THAT FOR YOUR "GOOD MONEY" AND IT IS APPRECIATED, BUT IT'S NOT RIGHT TO PUSH THAT ON SOMEONE CAUSE THAT PUTS LOW-PAYING CUSTOMERS IN A TOUGH SPOT WHEN THEY REALLY NEED US. It's not that I think I am personally better, but Sprint definitely would put out more effort for me than some guy with a free phone and the cheapest plan, why? Not because I am actually a better person but that is just business and everyone does that. Think about it and don't be jealous haha.
