The default viewer that touchflo launches already does this fairly well. You can swipe up/down while in portrait mode. Any reason why you don't like this?

Thanks. That works great. I was originally trying the "Pictures and Videos" app, which does not respond to a finger swipe. Do you know what application TouchFlo is launching? I was able to run it by opening a jpg with a file explorer, but I'd like to launch the application and then navigate to a folder.
