It also makes the reps in the store look like idiots when people who DO visit these forums come in and have more information than they do. I actually called two of the stores back yesterday after calling Telesales and told them that if anyone else comes in asking about the TP2 to at least have them call Telesales.

But i'm getting this phone for $99.00 with my ne2, I just purchased an ENV Touch for my son for $99.00 after a $100.00 rebate. I don't think it's that expensive that the average customer couldn't afford it. Also Smart phones are exploding in sales now. It just doesn't make any since other than they are afraid of cannibalizing their other handset sales. Damn, I think I just answered my own question.

I must admit that I really do like the color VZW logo in the top right corner when the phone is closed....is there any way to get all the icons at the top to be color as well? I thought the ATT Touch Pro could but I wasnt sure about VZW's.

i hope somebody finds a regedit to change the star symbol to ctrl i really use that function A LOT actually. actually i oculd see myself changing the symbol key because the entire time i started using roms. i never used that button on my tp

i really dont like modifying my tp but the tp2 i would scratch out the "SYM" and whiteout "Ctrl" lol
