I think you can. I have a jack on my radio in my car so I plug my phone in to listen to my music on my phone and when a call comes in I answer it. It's almost like having bluetooth built in because the call comes through the stereo. I always ask people how I sound and the said they hear me fine with no echo, and my phone sits on the middle console.
