wow, do i feel stupid! thanks so much for responding to the post, lol, because no i did not open the personalizer to change the text. thats why it was not working.

working perfect now! i love the way my phone looks...

thanks for all your help mike. i feel stupid saying this but your cab worked perfect thanks to mojary i realized i was using it wrong *sheesh*

i was able to change the text as soon as i used it right! lol

glad to hear you got it working for you

. but remember that the app developer wrote it so that there is 10 seconds delay for it to change every time you wake up/turn on your phone. so if you turn on your phone and see that it has carrier name still, wait a few secs and it'll change it back to what you indicated.

weird i installed it and uninstalled it a couple of times because if the error message ( it said somethin about not having microsoft .NET somethin)
but this time it worked...

sorry guys bout the bad zip.. had to hard reset the other day now im in the same boat... i just found this though http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=388281 gonna try it later unless somebody wants to try it now
