I CAN CONFIRM, DOES NOT WORK ON TELUS PRO2

Just to be CLEAR, the issue is the Carrier and not the application.

you need to copy the 2330**_manila file out of the windows directory, set it to not read only, copy it back then use the old weather database editor. Use Total commander.

Does anyone know of an app that replaces the battery icon with something that displays the battery percentage? I'm looking for something similar to this:

but that replaces the battery icon and NOT the start button. Thanks!

Bottom line is I have got it to work by using the old TP1 registry entries but one of the changes wont stick- I'm waiting for someone smarter to figure out how to do it so I don't have to make a registry change every time I want to tether
