i wont buy it because it has no flash.....

I can't believe I'm getting into the flashlight discussion, but has the lack of flashlight been confirmed? I ask because the photos of the back appear to have the same LED in the same position that the TP1 has.

yeah but the flash is gone because of the call button on back

Could be, but the european version shown on the HTC website sure looks like it has a flash. Of course it also has a different back cover, but that's just cosmetic. I guess we'll just wait until one is in hand.

If you zoom that pic you'll see the button below the camera has a pic of a mic on it. So I am sure that it is the speakerphone button.

It is the speakerphone button. The phone has a major improvement on the speaker. It is meant for phone conferencing.

i think thats the speakerphone button for the conference calling
