Do you think there will be a free upgrade with insurance? I got my touch pro when I was replacing my mogul.

Eventually, but not immediately. If I remember right, it was 3-4 months after the TP came out that they started replacing moguls with TP's.

haha don't count on that. There's a few programs that you can install that allows your to push to talk.

I really want the TP2 and I'm eligible for an upgrade. My question is does this mean that I just get the new customer price or do I receive and additional $150 off of the new customer price?

The question is when did you become a sprint user? Cause if you get an full upgrade I would think its just $150 off the base price for the phone and MIR(mail in rebate) so more like 250 off in all(and if you talk to sprint you might can get the MIR wavied)
