Anyone have any good rumors about a possible release date yet? I'm itching for some speculation/debate.... I'm also itching for a date to look forward to, accurate or not.

Well HTC is having a press release tomorrow in spain. Hopefully they release some new devices such as the whitestone along with some infomation with US releases of Touch Pro 2

don't hold your breath in anticipation, HTC usually doesn't say squat about phones in the US, they generally let the carriers do that since there was a time where every HTC phone was carrier branded not HTC branded

That would be nice, but don't release dates usually get announced by carriers and not phone manufact? i could be totally wrong here, but as I understand, different carriers launch the same phones at different times. Come on Sprint, throw us a bone!

your right the carriers do set the release dates. I'm hoping they just give us a time frame like quarter 3 or something. I know we have already heard quarter 3 of this year but that was a while ago. It would just be a nice reminder to let use know they are still on track :mrgreen:

Seems like July would be a good guess....it just looks like it's a little further into the 3rd quarter according to the leaked road map.

If sprint able to push it out july without any major bugs in the phones it would behoove them to do so. Pre doing well, the tp2 will do well and the tour will always.

I really would like to know what will be relased in the 4th quarter. I'm hoping for the Diamond 2 or Firestone/HTC Star.

About a week ago I was n the sprint store getting my touch pro replaced for the 4th r 5th time(who knows).I was talking 2 a sprint rep about the snap and he told me about a meeting with a HTC rep about the pro2 and the snap.The guy pretty much assured the phone (TOUCH PRO2)would b released n late August.
