Yea maybe so. But I'm saying since its "hard times" buy and sale smart. Wouldn't hurt that much to sale the phone out right 400 if your trying to keep ppl using your service. They will get it back from monthly service over two years time. With ppl jumping ship for the next best thing gotta be smart about things just my opinion I could be wrong

from what I could tell the chipset was all the same, so I'm sure that sped up fcc

I'm sure they could do that, but that would mean everyone has to use a EVERYTHING DATA plan as well. However, release price will be around 500-600 but I'm sure it will drop almost 20-30% within 6 months :headbang::headbang:

GSM version was already scheduled to be out in June. Sprint can release the same month and earlier than last year since sprint software for TP1 was already developed and can be reused for tp2. it could have taken months to develop/test brand new sprint ROM for TP2 if tp1 sprint software does not exist.

yeah, thats why if the price is really that expensive its pointless. they better have upgraded those drivers and hope the extra memory will make it perform better.

the HTC diamond2 runs pretty smooth and it has about the same specs as the TP2. I think the added memory helps it a lot rather than uping the CPU frequency.

But that's why I'm saying the price should be 400 out right cause its the same phone different shell..see what I'm saying now. 600 is kinda steep for just a "face" lift don't cha think. LoL

I think so, but since most people here are saying they'll get it anyways it could be $900 and the same face lift and it'll be selling like hot cakes :P
