My Corporate Account Rep emailed me today and said that they were told Sep 3rd in yesterdays sales meeting.

Well if the hero drops it will be Q4 like dec. If the sept 6th release is true than that's only 44 days away. Not to bad a wait for me gives me time to weasel my way out of my tmo contract and just have sprint gotta come up with a good idea for them to let me out of my data only contract(have no voice n data plan just straight data) that should be up oct 09 but don't wanna wait that long.
