sprint retail stores are always the last place to get new phones, usually win it comes to winmo devices. if it says direct ship isb the first place to buy then you will have to order with your evp rep or call telesales or even possibly online. but stores will have them last.

good no sitting in line like we did for the palm pre lol

Perhaps they will get it sooner. When should we start bothering our local Best Buys? I am still stuck with my 700wx and wasn't around for the touch pro launch.

Well yeah, they could overnight the phone to you for a few extra dollars and you could get it on the next day, of course that would also be dependant on how early you ordered it on the 3rd anyway. Me personally I will try to get it on the 3rd and have it overnighted if that can't happen then I will just wait a few days later and get it locally.

I'm currently a SERO customer and want to remain one while upgrading to the TP2. What's my best route to take? Call customer support and if they b!tch too much ask for customer retention? Or, go to my local Sprint store, or head to Best Buy??

it clearly says Touch Pro 2 twice... it says "Touch Pro2 is (direct ship only)" and it says "HTC Touch Pro2" directly under it... interesting...

underneath only think i can make out is (orange), its the exclaim or new instinct just in a color they didnt offer b4... theres a diff pic,somewhat similiar to this that has that one on it too
